A card statement descriptor is what donors see in their bank transaction statements. To update your statement descriptor, go to the Stripe Dashboard and select your business details under account settings.
You can set a static statement descriptor that appears on all customer statements, or a shortened descriptor (prefix) for card charges. Make sure your descriptor is 5–22 characters, contains only Latin letters and numbers, and reflects your business name.

Note: Make sure you do not have the word "Donorbox" in your statement descriptor since your organization is not Donorbox.
