How to disconnect your Stripe account from Donorbox

1- Go to the Payment Processor page: 

2- Click "Disconnect Account" and enter your Donorbox password. Finally, click on "Disconnect":

3- Once you click on "Disconnect", you'll see the following message:

Check your email and click on "continue disconnect process". Please be aware that you have to go to your email as soon as you start the disconnection process because this link will expire:

4-You will be redirected to the Payment Processor page. To complete the disconnection process, please click on "Disconnect Account" again: 

You will also be prompted to enter your password once more:

Enter your password and click on "Disconnect". Once you complete these steps, Donorbox will fully disconnect your Stripe account, and you should see this message:
