Sometimes, after a donation is completed, it becomes necessary to modify some of the donation's information later. This article explains how to edit donations.
Online Donations
To make changes to the details on your online donations, please contact our support team at support@donorbox.org.
Offline Donations
To edit your offline donation information, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1
Go to your Donorbox Dashboard and click on the Donations page.
Find the donation you want to edit, and click the donation ID, as shown below:
Step 2
This will redirect you to the donation overview page. You can edit the donation information by clicking the Edit Donation button.
Once you have finished making your edits, click the Update Donation button to save the changes.
