UltraSwift™ Pay is an express checkout option that lets donors donate in one click.
Donorbox UltraSwift™ Pay can be enabled on a per-campaign basis, meaning you will have to go directly into your donation form editor to activate it.
Step 1
To enable UltraSwift™ Pay, click on the "Edit Campaign" button to access the form editor.
Step 2
On the Editor Page, click the "Edit Form" drop-down button. Then, select “Payments” from the options provided.
Step 3

Donors will now be able to make faster donations through digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, bypassing the need to fill out their personal information.
Please note: In order for available digital wallets to appear on the donors’ end, donors must use a device linked to an existing account or wallet, and the digital wallet must be available within their country or region.
How Is UltraSwift™ Pay Different on OmniGive™ Donation Forms vs. Classic Donation Forms?
UltraSwift™ Pay functions differently on the OmniGive™ donation form vs. the Classic donation form.
When enabled on our Classic donation form, UltraSwift™ Pay allows donors to donate using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. Donors have a faster checkout experience, with the required fields auto-populated with their personal information (including their name, email address, and postal address).
UltraSwift™ Pay is made available on OmniGive donation forms via Stripe’s Express Checkout Element. By enabling UltraSwift™ Pay on your OmniGive donation form, donors will have the option to give using various digital wallets through a one-click checkout process that appears as an “Express Checkout” option on the first page of your form.
By using UltraSwift™ Pay to donate on the OmniGive donation form, donors won't need to fill out their contact information manually – the checkout system automatically pulls their pre-filled contact details (name, email, shipping address, phone number) from the selected payment provider.
This provides donors with an even faster, more frictionless checkout experience to support your cause!
Note: UltraSwift™ Pay| |for miGive donation forms is significantly faster with auto-filled contact information from your donors' selected payment provider, but please note that donors may not always remember to update their contact information stored on their payment provider. If collecting up-to-date contact information from your donors is of high importance to you, we recommend disabling UltraSwift™ Pay for your OmniGive donation form. Your donors will still be able to use digital wallets to donate through the Standard Checkout flow, but will be required to manually fill in their contact information.
Note: The availability of payment methods is subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions. If you have any questions about certain payment options and their availability in your country/region, please contact Stripe for more information.

In addition, it does not currently support the Donors Cover Fees and Recurring Giving Upsell features when enabled. We’re aware of this limitation and are exploring potential solutions to address this in the future.
PayPal Expected Behavior with UltraSwift™ Pay Methods
When using UltraSwift™ Pay payment methods on your Donorbox form, it’s important to note that PayPal will only appear as a payment option for one-time donations.
For recurring intervals such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual donations, PayPal will not be displayed on the initial UltraSwift™ Pay payment page. This is the expected behavior and not an error with your form.
If donors wish to use PayPal for recurring donations, they can do so from the final payment page, where PayPal will appear as an available option for both one-time and recurring donations.
Whichever form you use, UltraSwift™ Pay empowers donors to give quickly and easily – meaning less donor drop off for you!
