How do I contact PayPal technical support?

Step 1

Open the PayPal support website on this page. Click the "Log In" button to enter the PayPal login page.

Step 2

Click the "Log in with PayPal" button to redirect to the account login page and sign in with your PayPal email address.

Step 3

Once you're directed back to PayPal's homepage, click the "Contact us" button to access the case creation page.

Step 4

You'll be redirected to PayPal's Merchant Technical Support Help Center, where you can submit a ticket to PayPal support.
