Donorbox enables organizations to configure various email notification types, ensuring you stay informed of critical updates. By default, all notifications are automatically routed to the primary email address associated with your Donorbox account unless otherwise specified.
Team Notifications are organized into three distinct categories: Account Notifications, Campaign Notifications, and Event Notifications. Each category provides a specific selection of notifications for your organization to customize.
To review your current configuration and implement any necessary updates, please navigate to your Team Notifications settings as illustrated below:
1- Scroll down to the name of your organization.
2- To access the Settings menu, click on the arrow.
3- Choose Team Notifications from the available options.
4- Using the sidebar menu, select the category of notifications you wish to manage: Account, Campaigns, or Events.
For instance, if you need to modify notifications for a specific campaign, navigate to the sidebar menu and choose Campaigns.
You can then view the notification settings by clicking the arrow positioned to the left of the campaign you wish to edit.
A list of various available notification options will be displayed for you to configure. To review or modify a specific notification, simply click the arrow on the right side to access its settings.

Simply toggle the switch in the "Notified?" column to manage notification settings for individual users.

Repeat these steps for each category to ensure all notification preferences are correctly applied. While Account notifications are global, Campaigns and Events must be configured individually, as each maintains its own unique notification settings.
Note: The notification list will remain empty until you have successfully created at least one campaign or event.
