Updating your billing payment method associated with your Donorbox account is a simple process accessible within your account dashboard.
How to change your billing payment method:
Access your Account Settings
Access this section by navigating to the bottom left corner, clicking your organization's name, and then selecting "Settings."
From the left panel, select "Billing Preferences."
1- To update the credit card on file, select "Update credit card."
Enter your credit card details and click on "Update card."
2- To update or add a bank account.
Select "Update bank account."
Upon being redirected to the next screen, please choose your financial institution and sign in to your online banking portal. From there, simply follow the specific guidance provided by your bank.
