How do I create a Membership form?

You can create your Memberships form with these simple steps.

Step 1

Log in to your Donorbox dashboard and go to Memberships under Account.

Step 2

Add your Membership tiers and click the Save button.

Step 3

Now that you have added your tiers, you're ready to create your Memberships form. Go ahead and click the Add a Membership Campaign button, as shown below.

Step 4

Customize your Memberships form and once you're happy with it, click the Create Campaign button. 

Step 5

Your Memberships form has been saved and can be accessed by your members on a Donorbox-hosted memberships page. If you want to customize your form further (customize your receipt emails, add your background image, etc.), click Continue Editing.

Just like a regular Donorbox form, your Memberships form will get you a page hosted on our secure SSL-enabled servers and it's completely free.
