Conversations is Donorbox’s built-in email tool that lets you communicate with your supporters without ever leaving the platform. Connect your Gmail or Outlook account to send, receive, and organize emails right inside Donorbox CRM.
You’ll find it on the left side of your screen, under the “Engage” menu:

How to send a message
Once in Conversations, click the blue “New Message” button located in the top right corner of your screen.
From there, you can search for a supporter, input your subject, and write your message.
How to create a template
Conversations makes it easy to create templates for common donor scenarios.
Step 1: Navigate to the “Settings” tab.
Step 2: Click on the “Email Templates” tab.
Step 3: Click on the “Add Email Template” button.
Step 4: Name your template, add your content, and save your changes.
How to change the email account connected to Conversations
To change the email connected to Conversations, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the “Settings” tab.
Step 2: Select the “Disconnect” button.
Step 3: Refresh the page and connect your preferred email account.
