How do I enable custom domains?

Custom domains are available for all users that have signed up for Donorbox Premium. In your Integrations & Add-ons, click the Custom Domain link.

If you're a Donorbox Premium user, you'll be able to follow the instructions on the page to create your custom domain.

Click the "Create Custom Domain" button to get started.

Note: Your custom domain must consist of a subdomain plus your main domain (ex: donations.donorbox.org).

You'll be required to access your domain provider or registrar (whichever service is handling your DNS records). You'll need to create 3 new DNS records.

Once you've created the DNS records, Donorbox will automatically detect it and the setup is complete!
