To Create New Event
To start creating events, navigate to the Events section on the left sidebar and click on 'New Event'.
The Event Editor
The name of your event.
The details of your event (additional options to set the time and place of your event is on their way).
The transaction currency is US dollars. If you would like a particular currency to be listed, please let us know and we'll add it.
If you are required to collect taxes for the sales of the tickets, please enable this option and enter the tax percentage.
Tax Inclusive Pricing
If the price of the tickets already includes the tax amount (a practice common in Europe), then enabling this option will ensure that there won't be additional tax calculated on top of the ticket price.
Tickets and Pricing
This is where you will determine the ticket types that are for sale and how much. There is no limit to the number of ticket types you can create.
The name, or type, of the ticket. (ie: 'Front Row Section A')
Ticket Full Price
The price of the ticket. If it's free, please check the 'Ticket is free' option.
If a portion of the ticket is tax-deductible, please check the 'Is the ticket tax-deductible?' option. Enter the fair market value of the ticket and we will calculate the tax-deductible amount for you, factoring in the tax rate (if any).
You can enable this option to offer the buyers an opportunity to make a separate donation to your organization. The donation will also appear under the Donations section of your Donorbox app, so all the information of donations made to your organization and its supporters stay together.
Additional Information & Preference
This option allows you to collect additional information from your supporters, such as their preferences or special considerations.
