How can I reorder the payment options on my donation form?

You can reorder the payment methods on a donation form by following the steps below:

Step 1

Sign in to your Donorbox account and click the edit icon by the campaign you wish to update.

Step 2

From there, click 'Amounts' underneath the 'Your Donation Form' header.

Step 3

Drag and drop the payment method based on the order you'd like them to appear on the form.

Then, hit update and you're done!
