What is the criteria for successful referral?

The user who has signed up using your unique referral link has to raise $100 to be counted as a successful referral.

Exceptions:

The referred user should not sign up using the same IP address as the one you have used to login to Donorbox account. 

The referred user should not sign up using the same company domain. (With an exception of popular email services like but not limited to gmail.com, hotmail.com)

Donorbox reserves the right to determine if a referral is valid based on criteria that includes, but is not limited to, Donorbox account activity and ownership, incorporation status, and business affiliation of the user's registered Donorbox email address domain.
