Can a client be retroactively added to my affiliate account?

No — the Donorbox Affiliate Partner Program doesn’t support retroactive, manual affiliations for affiliate activities. The only way to add a referral is through your unique affiliate referral link.

This policy was made to keep our affiliate partner program as fair and reliable as possible. In order to be fair to all affiliates and ensure the viability of our program, we rely on our Tapfiliate referral tracking system as the proof of referral, linking you and your client directly.

This is why, while we understand it can be frustrating that clients may not always follow affiliation instructions, we cannot provide commissions for clients that did not use your unique referral link. 

Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that your clients sign up for Donorbox from you by using your referral link.
