This is immensely useful for having a clean database of your supporters, especially during tax season.
How to Merge Multiple Donor Records
Please log in to your Donorbox account and head over to your Supporters page.
Next, click the donor profile (you can click the donor's first or last name), and select the "Merged Records" tab.
You can update specific fields from the duplicate record if you prefer to use that alternate data. Once you're done, click the "Merge" button. You'll be taken to a screen with all your newly updated donor information.
** If either of the donor records doesn't display, it means one/both email addresses don't match an existing record. Please double-check your spelling and try again. **
