What are the processing fees for SEPA bank donations?

SEPA processing fees are much lower than card fees. The fees differ from country to country, according to the following table:

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands	€0.35
Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain	0.8% + €0.25 capped at €5
Denmark	0.8% + 2.00kr capped at 40kr
Sweden	0.8% + 2.40kr capped at 50kr
Switzerland	0.8% + 0.30Fr capped at 5Fr
UK	1.0% + 20p capped at £5
