For Paypal Classic and PayPal recurring donations, an invoice is sent at the beginning of each month. To pay the fee, it is highly recommended to add a credit card or connect your bank account.
If you do not have a credit card, you can also link a bank account. When you have fees due to us, we will debit the amount from your bank account instead of a credit card.
To securely connect your bank account to Donorbox, go to your Billing page and click the blue button marked 'Pay with Bank', as shown below:
You will be guided through the steps of connecting your bank account with Donorbox by entering your online banking details.
Note: Connecting a bank account is only available if you're bank account is based in the US.
If this is also not an option for you, you can make a payment for your invoice amount to our official PayPal account by clicking this link. When making a payment to our PayPal account, please be sure to include your Donorbox login email and organization name in the note section on the form.
After payment has been made to our PayPal account, please be sure to let us know so that we can mark your invoice as paid.
