How do I cancel recurring donations as a donor?

Canceling Stripe Recurring Donations

 After a recurring donation is made, an email is sent to donors to finalize setting up their Donor account. Donors can use this account to edit and/or cancel their recurring donations.

To cancel your recurring donation as a donor, go to Donorbox.org and log in to your donor account by clicking the Donor Login link at the top of the page. If you didn't set up your account via the setup email, please use the Forgot Password link. This will allow you to establish a donor account. 

You will then have access to your recurring donation plans. Click the white box on the donation plan that you wish to cancel (see image below):

Then, click the red Cancel Plan button below your donation plan summary. Once you click the cancel button, your plan will be canceled, and your card won't be charged anymore. 

Canceling PayPal Recurring Donations

PayPal recurring donations are managed on the donor's PayPal account. It is not possible to change or cancel your PayPal recurring donations via Donorbox. For the most up-to-date information on how to cancel PayPal donations, please click here.
