Can more than one member of our organization receive donation notifications?

Yes, you can add up to eight donation notification recipients who will be directly notified when you receive a donation. Here's how:

Step 1

Log in to your Donorbox dashboard. Under 'Engage', click the 'Receipt' link. 

Step 2

In the 'Basic Info' tab, enter the email addresses of team members who needs to receive donation notifications, then click the orange update button.
