To change the login information, the original owner of the account can go to this link. You will find a form allowing you to change the email address and password that you signed up with.
Once this is done, the new account owner should reset the password. You can click here to set a new password.
If you are unable to reach the original owner account, please let us know so that we can change the account owner for you. Your email must be an associated organization email such as email@example.com. For security purposes, common emails such as Gmail or Hotmail will not be accepted.
