To change the login information, the current admin of the account needs to log in to the Donorbox account. Then, the admin needs to go to the Account Info page in order to change the current email address and password:
Once this is done, the new account owner should reset the password by clicking here.
If you are unable to reach the original owner account, please let us know so that we can change the account owner for you. Your email must be an associated organization email such as firstname.lastname@example.org. For security purposes, common emails such as Gmail or Hotmail will not be accepted.
