How to edit recurring PayPal donations as an organization?

As an organization, it is possible for you to edit a donor's recurring PayPal donation if desired. You can change the donation amount or cancel the recurring plan.

To edit recurring PayPal donations, please reference the following steps:

Step 1:

Log in to the PayPal account that's connected to your organization's Donorbox account. Go to the recurring payments dashboard.  This will show you a list of all your recurring donors.

Step 2:

Locate the recurring plan that you want to edit and click the plan.

Step 3

A screen containing the details of this recurring plan will appear. Click the Change button in the bottom right.

Step 4:

Make your desired changes. Click Save when you're done.
