I'm missing donation funds / donations have not been transferred to my bank account

 

As a gentle reminder, we (Donorbox) don't ever handle your funds when a donor donates to you, and this isn't something you can control on your Donorbox dashboard or account. The moment you connect a Stripe or PayPal account, these payment processors dictate how you're Donorbox donations are paid out.

 

For Stripe Donations

Please head over to https://dashboard.stripe.com/transfers/overview to see your transfer schedule. You can click on a specific transfer to see which donations are part of the transfer. If you are still unable to locate your transfer, check to make sure that you don't have multiple Stripe accounts that the funds could have been transferred to. If you still can't locate the donation, please contact [e-mail] with the donation charge_id. You can find the charge_id by viewing the donation in the donor dashboard.

For Paypal Donations

Donations made via PayPal will stay in your PayPal account until you initiate the transfer manually. Please log in to Paypal.com to see if you have a PayPal balance, and initiate a transfer to your account if you do. Once the transfer has been initiated, you should see funds arrive in your bank within 2-3 business days
