How to Add Internal Notes for Donor Records

To add internal notes for your donor records, please log into your Donorbox account and click on the Donors tab on the left of the screen. This will display a list of all your donors in a table format. Click a donor's name to view their profile.

Click the "Edit" button below Donor Notes. A window will be displayed. Type in your note and hit "Save". Your note will be saved and displayed.

To edit your notes, follow Steps 1 and 2. Then click the Edit icon below the note, as shown below. The existing note will display in a window where you can make your edit. Hit "Save" when you are done.
