My donor made a typo when entering their email address. How do I correct it?

To correct/update a donor's email address, please log into your Donorbox account and click on the Supporters page on the left of the screen. This will display a list of all your donors in a table format. Click the corresponding donor's name (first or last) which will then bring up their donor profile.

Click "Edit Email" next to their current email address on file. Finally, this will bring up a new field where you can update/enter the correct email address. Hit "Save" when you are finished.
