How do I generate CSV/Excel reports of the donations?

You can download 3 different CSV reports - donations, donors, and recurring plans.

The first step is to log into your Donorbox dashboard. Follow these steps to get the relevant report:

1. To get the Donations CSV report

Go to your Donations page. Apply the date filters, or search for a name or email address, if required.

Click on the "Export" button and choose to either export all columns or a customized subset, as shown below.

2. To get the Donors' CSV report

Click the Supporters page on the left, as shown below.

Apply a search for a name or email address, if required.

Click on the "Export" button and choose to either export all columns or a customized subset, as shown below.

3. To get the Recurring Plans CSV report

Click on Recurring Plans from the left-hand navigation menu, as shown below.

Apply filters, or search for a name or email address, if required.

Click on the Export button and choose to either export all columns or customize your export so it only has the columns you select, as shown below.

4. To get a Specific Campaign's CSV report

Go to your Campaigns page. Click on the name of the campaign as shown below.

Under the donations Tab, apply the filters as required. Click on the "Export" button and choose to either export all columns or a customized subset, as shown below.
