After the donor completes a recurring donation, we send them an email to establish their Donorbox donor account. This is done by creating a password.
When a donor logs into their account, they can see all of the recurring donation plans that they are contributing to. This includes all active, cancelled and/or plans that are paused.
If you are an organization, however, you can see all of your recurring plans by clicking on the menu panel's Recurring Donations area.
Both the donor and the organization can pause or cancel the recurring donation or update their payment card at any time. For the organization, this is done on the Recurring Plans area on the menu panel.
For the donor, the screen to edit their plan will be like the example shown below.
