If you have added custom questions to your form, you might find that longer questions can sometimes "flow" off the donation form due to limited space on it. For this reason, we have launched a question description to assist your donor to better understand what it is you're asking.
To enable this option, simply log into your Donorbox dashboard, head to your campaign editor, and select the 'Additional Questions' tab.
On the next tab, you'll find the option to add the question description, with the question type of 'Text'. Enable helper text below the question. Click the orange 'Update' button to save your changes.
Not only does enabling the question description allow your donor to know what you're asking if your question does flow off the form, but it also provides you with the option to add any extra details that a donor might be required to know:
