After my donor makes a donation, they are directed to an error or 404 page. How do I fix this?

This can occur when you use a custom redirect URL after the donation. The URL you set may no longer be working. Here is how to correct the issue:

Click the Edit link on your dashboard to go to the form editor.

At the bottom of the "After" section, you should see your custom redirect URL. Please make sure this URL is valid or corrected to a URL that does not go to a 404 page.
