Yes, this is possible for all methods of integration including embedding the form, linking to your campaign page, or using our popup form. There are two ways to set the default donation interval.
1) Edit the default donation interval from your campaign editor
- Start by clicking the "Edit Campaign" button on your campaign card to go to your campaign editor page.
- On your campaign editor page, click the "Edit Form" drop-down button, and then select Essential from the menu.
- On the following page, scroll down to find the "Donation Interval" heading. Under "Set as default", click the drop-down menu to select your preferred default donation interval. Then save your changes by clicking "Save and Preview" at the bottom of the screen.
2) Edit the default donation interval from your Launchpad Page
- Click the "Go to Launchpad" button on your campaign page and select a default recurring interval for each integration method.
Whichever way you choose, your selected donation interval will be the default option on your form.
Note: If the donor does not change this interval during the donation process, the donation will be completed in this preset donation interval.
For example, if the default donation interval is set to monthly on your form, donations would be set up as recurring monthly donations if the donor does not select a different interval during the donation process.
