As an organization, how do I change or reset my password?

To change your password if you are already logged in, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:

At the top right corner of the Donorbox homepage, click the Account button.

Step 2:

Then click on the Account Info page. You'll be able to update your password under the "Credential" section":

If you are not logged in and cannot remember your password, please click this link to reset your password.
