Your PayPal account's IPN (Instant Payment Notification) may be turned off. Please follow these steps to turn it back on.
Please note: You will also need to re-send any past IPN's for the payments to come through. Instructions are at the bottom of this page.
Step 1
Log into your PayPal account and go to your IPN Settings page.
Step 2
Click the "Choose IPN settings" button.
Step 3
On the next page, enter https://donorbox.org/paypal_ipns as the Notification URL. Select the "Receive IPN messages (Enabled)" radio option. Click Save after both fields is entered.
Next, you need to resend all past IPNs so that previously unrecorded donations will show up in the Donorbox dashboard. Click here for more information on how to resend past IPNs.
