Live Kiosk - Where Can I View And/Or Export Donor Address And Phone Number Data?

You can access or export the donor address and phone number data from your campaign details. Please see the guiding steps below:

Step 1:

In your dashboard, under In-Person Campaigns, click the "..." icon and select "Details" from the drop-down menu on your desired live campaign.

Step 2:

To view the data, click on the Donation ID or the "arrow" icon indicated below.

Step 3:

On the next page, you should see the donor's address and phone number. You can also see this data when you click on "Donor Record."

Please note that if you'd like to export the data instead, you'll need to click on "Export" in step 2, and from the drop-down menu, you can export the CSV report with all data columns, or you can customize your report to only show the data you need. 

Once you've downloaded the CSV report, it will include columns labeled "Phone" and "Address."
