Yes, you have the option to collect donors' addresses and phone numbers, and you can also make this field mandatory or optional. However, please note that enabling mandatory address or phone collection could have an impact on your donation conversion rate.
To get started:
Step 1:
On your In-Person Campaigns page, click the "Edit" icon on your desired live campaign.
Step 2:
Click on "Donor Information."
Step 3:
Enable address and/or phone number collection. You can tick the box below each option to make the field optional.
