Donorbox Pro and Premium users have the option to add additional images to their donation forms to build donor trust and create a more engaging giving experience.
You can add the following images:
- A header image to make your form pop
- A trust badge image to share certifications like your GuideStar seal
- Donation amount images to demonstrate the impact of giving at each level
Here’s how:
Step 1 - Header Image
Choose the campaign you’d like to add images to and click “edit.”
Then, click the “Edit Form” dropdown and navigate to the “Essential” page on your form editor.
Upload a header image that fits the dimension and size requirements, then click “Add Image.”
Your donation form now has a header image, like this:
Step 2 - Trust Badge Image
On the Essential page of your donation form editor, you’ll find the option to add a trust badge image at the bottom of the page.
Here, you can upload an image reflecting any certifications your organization has earned. You may create one image that displays all your badges on Canva or a similar platform. Click “Add Image.”
Your form will then have an image at the bottom, like this:
Step 3 - Donation Amount Images
Next, navigate to the Amounts page of your form editor by clicking “Next” or using the dropdown navigation.
Under the Donation Amounts section, click the toggle button to turn Donation Amount Images on. Then you will see image buttons by each donation amount. When you click on those, you will be prompted to upload images.
Click “Save and Preview” to see your images on your form. It will look like this:
