If you plan to leave your Donorbox Live kiosk unattended, you can set your tablet to Kiosk Mode. Kiosk Mode helps to prevent anyone from tampering with your iOS device, exiting the Donorbox Live app, or otherwise misconfiguring your device.
To enable Kiosk Mode on iOS, go to Settings > Accessibility > Guided Access.
Enable Guided Access, then tap Passcode Settings.
Enter a 6-digit PIN. This PIN will be used to unlock your device, so avoid using one that may be easy to guess.
Once you've set your PIN, you've successfully enabled Guided Access.
Now launch the Donorbox Live app. Once it's running, triple-click the Home button (or the Top button on Face ID devices). Tap Options, and leave only the following settings:
- Software Keyboards
- Touch
Tap Start, and the device will be locked into Kiosk mode.
To leave Kiosk Mode, triple-click the Home button (or the Top button on Face ID devices). You'll need to enter the PIN code you created when Guided Access was enabled. Once done, your device will exit Kiosk Mode.
