How do I set up the Donorbox Live Kiosk app on my tablet?

To configure Donorbox Live, first launch the app by tapping its icon on your home screen. Our app will ask you to sign in with your organization account.

If you have enabled two-factor authentication on your account, you'll need to enter the two-factor code before signing in.

Once you've signed in, you’ll land on your card reader settings screen. This is the screen you’ll use to select your campaign and locations.

Under the 'Select campaign' dropdown, you’ll have all your active campaigns listed. Select the one that you created for Donorbox Live.

'Current Campaign' on the right side of the screen will show you details about the campaign you've selected, including its name, currency, and the donation amounts added to the campaign.

Under the 'Select location' dropdown, you’ll find all of the locations to your Stripe account in your Stripe terminal.

When you're ready to start collecting donations, you can tap "Launch Application" on your device. This will launch the donor view, which is the part of the app that your supporters will interact with when making their donations. Check out this guide for more details on launching the donor view.
